This one was much tougher than one might realize at a glance. Walls out of square, large gaps between wall and tile, and a bow in the wall near the water cutoff. Challenge met!
Customer wanted to replace old and inefficient water heater. Challenge: put a new, more efficient (and larger) water heater in a tight space under a staircase. Oh…and also put a drain pan under the tank. Challenge met!
3 way switch
Hard to tell from this picture but this 3 way switch was incorrectly wired. Licensed electrician got sloppy. Everything was safe but he refused to come back and make it right. Most people don’t realize that a license is not required for minor electrical repairs. Why pay 3 or 4 times as much for this? AND…I will do it right the first time!
This old toilet served honorably for a long time but was getting a bit “tired” so we replaced it with a modern vacuum assisted toilet that can flush 7 billiard balls in a single flush. Not sure why you would need that power (actually, I don’t want to know) but it has it!
